Fantastisches Erlebnis: Even during the pandemic, Mrs Sporty has become my almost daily companion. Super live classes or recordings, with motivating trainers. I can also use the app to do my personal training sessions at any time. The nutritional concept helped me in lockdown to maintain my weight and even shed a few pounds. If there is still a lack of motivation, the team will help in a personal conversation or with funny challenges. Many thanks to Mrs Sportys Ingelheim, you are great!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been training with Miss Sporty for almost 2 years. The training is constantly adapted to my individual needs and goals. It's effective and fun. The trainers are competent and motivating. I recommend Miss Sporty for women of all ages. If necessary, there is also nutritional advice and support in losing weight. Despite the lockdown, I can continue training at home via the app or live session. Talks with trainers take place by telephone or video conference.
