Fantastisches Erlebnis: For two years in sports rehabilitation back fit and abs with Barbara. I'm fine despite a herniated disc 2 1/2 years ago. Keep it up.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Competent, varied and entertaining ;-) still have to add to my review. Barbara manages to motivate you even when you are at the end of your tether. Their stories help you get through the exercises, even if they are difficult and arduous. You forget the effort. She instructs you if an exercise does not work with the disease, as I may be able to do. She keeps coming up with new "torture methods" and exercises to make the training varied and interesting. She responds to the wishes of the participants and takes their illnesses into account. Conclusion: Barbara knows what she is doing, has fun doing it and transfers it to her group.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Barbara does the courses herself. It is a lot of fun to do sports with and with her. She always shows changing exercises and not always the same, very varied and competent. I can highly recommend this studio

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Before I came to Barbara I was always too lazy to do sports and the motivation was always lacking, through her courses she showed me that there was more in me and made me feel fit. She goes to great lengths to keep us fit with Corona through her online courses. If you can't at that time, she made it possible through her recordings that you get to your sports unit. She does it great, when you can no longer motivate everyone to get everything they can. Thank you very much and I am happy if we are allowed to do sports in your rooms where we are used to.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been doing rehab sports since autumn 2020 and I am enthusiastic. Training is great. Even in the difficult Corona period, there were great solutions. Barbara also goes into each and every one of them. I'm much better now. Highly recommended.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The brave three have been with us for a year now, things are going well, great holistic training, feel much fitter as before and it is a great feeling when the body (even at an advanced age) becomes firmer again. I have various gyms behind me, but nobody can match Barbara's training and personality. Great, dear Barbara, that you dared to step into your own studio. We stay tuned, only wimps give up!
