Everyone was super friendly, everything is very well maintained, you can really switch off. At the beginning I was asked if I had any problems and he could immediately infer my job, which gave me a good feeling. The room had a comfortable temperature, towels, etc. were clean, the oil had a very subtle smell (which I very much welcome) and feels very good on the skin. We can only recommend it if you can't do anything with it yourself, it's also a great gift.

The team explains everything very well and a trainer is always present during training. In the cold chamber, too, someone is always nearby and has one or two eyes to make sure everything is working properly. That gives me a good feeling of security, because I had respect for the cold chamber from the start. But that was done after the first free trial unit. Personally, I find the cold chamber to be very pleasant. And about 30 minutes later I'm full of energy and thirst for action. During training, I think it's great that someone is there and corrects misalignments directly. And you are also encouraged to go to the limits and achieve a little more. Which I find very good. Nevertheless, I have the feeling that every single customer is treated individually. And here no one is overwhelmed. Personally, I think it's a good thing that I can cancel my subscription on a monthly basis. Because if you are ill for a longer period of time or on vacation, you can suspend it for the time being or cancel it completely. After just under three weeks, I can't say to what extent I'll get fitter as a result, but I will do so at a later date! All in all, I like it there very much and I like to go there!

I have sore muscles more often and my back pain also goes away. In addition, it only takes 20 minutes. The lymphatic drainage is also good and the management and trainers are nice.
