Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been here for 4 weeks now and I'm thrilled. Had not thought that this is so much fun. Nice people and great atmosphere. All devices have just been reupholstered. The team is really helpful. All questions are answered and if you need help there is always someone there!

Fantastische Erfahrung: "Your best project is yourself!" I never used to be able to spark my passion for sports. I always gave up quickly, went to various fitness studios, but never really felt comfortable anywhere, which was partly due to social fears. In January 2015 I discovered the Eschenberg Sports Park for myself - and trained there several times a week, sometimes every day, until I moved away from Brake in the summer of 2017. The sports park was the first gym that I really felt comfortable in, that I enjoyed going to. It was a difficult time at the beginning, it took me to "defrost" and interact and train in a relaxed manner - but the environment and the care in the sports park are simply pleasant and I really enjoyed being there. Both mentally and physically, the first successes soon set in, which I am still very proud of today! The time in the sports park strengthened me overall, which is still having an effect today.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Always sports

Positive Erfahrung: Sauna temperature max. 82 degrees too low, therefore not suitable for me. In addition, heating is only started upon arrival, so it takes a long time to reach operating temperature.

Positive Erfahrung: Very good, unfortunately too expensive for me ...
