Fantastisches Erlebnis: A small, yet very pleasantly designed gym. Since it is designed so that there is no staff on site, I will not include this in the evaluation (because you know it in advance). However, I don't recommend it for beginners because I think it's extremely important to have good form when exercising. This is not sufficiently covered by the QR codes on the machines. If you still want to train in good form, you can definitely ask one or the other sports colleague who trains there for advice. (Don't be afraid, everyone started somewhere!) I also miss some standard machines like a preacher curl bench or a lat pulldown seat for the pulley system, to name just two. In general, however, there is still plenty of room in the studio to add this. The cleanliness is one of the best I've ever seen in a gym and the machines they have are all brand new. There is also a very good training climate in general. All in all, in my experience, this is one of the better gyms you can find "in the country". Above all, the opening hours from 6 a.m. to midnight leave no more excuses. Since you can't give 4.5 stars, I give it 4, and as soon as one or the other machine that goes with the gym like butter on bread is there, the last star is added. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I am 66 years old and have been with the Easyfitness Club Brake for almost a year now and can only report positive things. The devices are from Matrix and thanks to the size of the studio they are nicely spaced apart ... you really have your peace of mind while training and don't sit on your neighbors' lap, as in other studios. The studio is always clean and you really feel good, my wife now also likes to do sports. What I really like is that there are always new devices. The free weight area is huge and you hardly ever have to queue. I can't understand the negative reviews here, such a great studio and really cheap.
