MC Shape Vaihingen (Enz)

Negative Erfahrung: Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich überhaupt anfangen soll. Inkompetente, teilweise unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, Müll bei den Getränkeständen der wochenlang rumliegt, viele versteckte Kosten, an Vetragsbedingungen wird sich nicht gehalten (Preiserhöhung). Kundenfreundlichkeit -100/10. Keine Klima, schlechte Luft im Studio. Nur geldgierige Betreiber, die alles dafür tun Menschen das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Habe gekündigt und muss bis 2024 weiterhin 45€ im Monat zahlen. Wollte nur ein normales Gespräch führen, um zu erfahren wie es dazu kam. Stattdessen wurde man von der ersten Sekunde an laut zu mir und fing eine Diskussion/Streit an. Als ich meinte evtl. mit meinem Vater nochmal herzukommen (weil ich mich mit Verträgen noch nicht so gut auskenne), wurde ich (wie das ganze „Gespräch“ über) dumm angemacht und angemotzt, was er denn dabei helfen soll. Dann wurde sich beschwert, dass schon allein diese Woche 15 Leute mit demselben Problem herkamen und so getan, als ob das mein Problem wäre und ich ebenfalls ein großes Problem wäre. Was kann ich denn dafür, dass die Betreiber so vertrauensunwürdig und geldgierig sind und immer mehr Leute gehen wollen (?). Es wurde mit mir so umgegangen, als ob man mich zum Zweifeln meiner eigenen Erinnerung (z.B. bzgl. Dokumente) bringen wollte. Das grenzt echt schon an emotionaler Manipulation. Einer der Betreiber hatte mich immer mal wieder sehr dumm angeschaut während meiner Trainings, so als ob er noch nie Kreuzheben oder anderes gesehen hätte. Zum Glück musste ich ihn dann eine Zeit lang nicht mehr sehen. Hab mich extrem unwohl gefühlt wenn er anwesend war. PS: nur weil einer der Betreiber eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung abgibt, heißt das nicht, dass das Studio auch gut ist. Ich geh ja auch nicht zu einer Arztpraxis, wo der Arzt sich selbt sowie seine Praxis als sehr gut bewertet. Bin jedenfalls froh, wenn das abbezahlt ist und werde in Zukunft niewieder eines der Studios betreten.

All of the staff that I have gotten to know to date are extremely correct. I recommend the MC Shape in Vaihingen not only because of the staff, but also because of the top equipment and the essential point that you can train there 24/7.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very well equipped gym with a great wellness area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Due to the large area, there is enough space to do your exercises even at typical peak times. A clear recommendation from me!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Nice new gym with good equipment and nice always helpful staff. The Zumba class on Wednesdays is great and the trainer is just great. The public is a colorful mix of all ages and thanks to the ban on muscle shirts, even "normal people" feel at home.
