Fantastisches Erlebnis: Small but well-run gym with many different training options. There are many very good trainers and the people on site are relaxed, friendly and absolutely competent. Also interesting for athletes who only speak English, as English is also spoken here. I would particularly like to praise the kids training. The kids have a lot of fun and are well looked after. sport free

The owners and coaches are passionate about Crossfit and will cheer you and support you in every little step you take to achieve your goals, whatever they are. Great friendly atmosphere among the members too, a nice, growing community.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: We were in the box for two today and are thrilled! Great, new facilities and location, easy to get to, and more importantly: Super great people. We were greeted very warmly, everyone introduced themselves and everyone present (Teens course teens and adults) was so positive The coaches have it and are very professional. That's when you notice the experience. Here are all in very good hands.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Dropping in there on regular bases. Jens and Scott and the rest of the team and the regulars make you feel like you are almost in home box! Very nice atmosphere even at 6 AM and they also know their s*%# as coaches! Recommending this box 100%!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I was in Frankfurt for professional purposes and found out when I was walking that this box is not 100 meters from my hotel. Easy booking of Drop-In Class via Wodify. The box is very present in Niederrad located, has many windows and is well equipped - high quality, clean equipment, great attention to detail in the decor. Super nice and competent coaches. I felt very comfortable and can only recommend the box!
