Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been with Krav Maga for almost 4 months now and felt comfortable from day one. The group is a very mixed bunch that motivates and supports each other. I felt directly welcome. The trainer and the instructors are sympathetic and always have a stupid saying on the lips ^ ^ Master has a good eye for the wrong execution of techniques and immediately corrects our mistakes and often illustrates why it was wrong. Fantastische Erfahrung: I'm revising my review again since I've been around for some time now and I have to say that I still have as much fun as the first time. Unfortunately I had to apply what I had learned before and I don't want to think about what would have happened if I hadn't known how I should have behaved in this situation. Thanks to the super realistic training, I was able to protect myself and two friends of mine. I am very grateful to our team and our master for everything I have learned and will continue to be part of the training on a regular basis. I really recommend it to everyone (especially young people) to do a trial training. Our team is great, the training is effective and it brings you more than you think!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Just awesome ! Some time ago I just went for a test training just 4 fun and I am more than just enthusiastic. I was welcomed very warmly, I was shown the premises and then it started. The "fear" of new or The team immediately took me as a newcomer to an existing group and it was just awesome !!! I'm already looking forward to the next training session and can recommend everyone who is interested to stop by :-)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very well equipped studio with professional training and absolutely brilliant trainers, the best mood and top training partners. Everyone helps everyone and you quickly feel accepted into the family. Here you can push yourself to the limit and learn something right. I have been enthusiastic since the first training session (03/16). 12/17 - after more than 1.5 years still the same opinion: if you want to learn self-defense realistically and value a friendly environment and an absolutely authentic trainer, this is the place for you !!! I say: this cohesion does not exist anywhere else!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have never done martial arts or self-defense before but I am very pleasantly surprised how easy the exercises are and above all that it works, of course it is sometimes very exhausting because almost everything is new to me and my condition is not the best. Already after 4 weeks I notice that I am making progress, walking twice a week if I can set it up. Students and Jens Bettin are all very friendly and always happy to help. Very family club here I stay :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Long years and still my 2nd home and my 2nd family. You quickly feel in good hands with coaches who understand the road and the dangers out there. In addition, there are regularly many good seminars that you can attend, for example: knives, women's self-defense, stick fighting seminars and many many more. Today by the way security, the Krav Maga and MMA training brought me the most and I know what I'm talking about when it comes to successful good self-defense. The gym has a huge offer: MMA, Krav Maga, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, wrestling, panatukan, fitness and yoga. So much is actually unbeatable for the price. What tops it all is the children's training that prepares the kids well and gives them confidence. All in all a full 5 stars and that deserves it!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I always enjoy coming to training. The team is very nice and the members come from all walks of life. Here I quickly made friends with family fathers and mothers, firefighters, schoolchildren, students, computer nerds, athletes, non-athletes (I tend to be part of it but somehow the coaches always motivate me), suit wearers and craftsmen. Attention is paid to the teamwork of the members. I have never done martial arts before and always had prejudices that only clubs and brutalos register for something like this. I was quickly taught better! ! Really a great team that I absolutely love to be a part of! All thumbs up !!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: So 5 are not enough. The first time I came with my brother, I was immediately warmly welcomed and included in the team. Anyone can come no matter what he does, how he looks, how old he is, etc. Since I've been there, my self-awareness has risen to 100%. It's just fun at the top and every workout is very effective. Fantastische Erfahrung: My introduction to x-Fights 2 years ago was the women's training. Right for me! I was able to quickly gain confidence, build condition and fundamentals. Here women meet different age, figure and background. Everyone is welcome, you learn with competent trainers to assess situations and defend yourself. Who expects a chic studio is out of place here. But if you want to learn with a lot of fun, to defend yourself and sweat together with really nice people of different kinds together, should come over!
