Fantastisches Erlebnis: In October 2020 at the age of 50/51 I decided to start boxing for my general fitness and because of my overweight and I became aware of the BSZN. I immediately felt very comfortable and, despite my age and overweight (I was initially concerned about it), I was welcomed in a friendly manner in the community. The coaches are great and get the best out of you in a nice but also demanding way. If you are undecided, just come to the trial training (please register beforehand), it's worth it.
