Positive Erfahrung: I was a member for a long time and really enjoyed it. However, the service decreases more and more. Appointments are often mixed up, you stand in front of closed doors, courses are often cancelled, employees come and go, defective items are not repaired. Although the employees always try very hard and are friendly, they push the limits of the general conditions. You only experience a feeling of personal training when you attend the courses. I've resigned now because I've moved. But they don't let me out of the contract because I'm missing 3 km of the 25 km distance. E-mails are only answered after a reminder or not at all. It's a shame, it started out so well.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Simply enthusiastic! Have now been there 4x for EMS strength training! I feel very well cared for there and I always enjoy going there. The staff is loving and very competent thanks to sound training. I am always well looked after and there are always well-founded, understandable answers to specialist questions. I used the Christmas offer for a 10 card. The price / performance ratio is just right for me. It becomes cheaper if you commit yourself to a contract. The real price for a 10 card seems a bit high to me at 299 €. That would double the amount of training per visit to a small contract. The relationship is wrong for me. If you want a conclusion: Highly recommended!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice and competent staff. Clean appliances and changing clothes. The EMS concept is just right for me. I do this twice a week, every morning before work, not only losing weight but also building muscle mass. Of course, a healthy diet also plays a role, but that's the same with every sport. Pros and cons alike: The training sessions are only given by appointment. On one hand, the studio is never crowded, on the other hand, a "spontaneous training" is difficult. However, I got used to the dates.
