The mood is great and you learn a lot, I especially like that the training is also tailored to your own strengths and weaknesses. In addition, the martial arts school offers many offers for the little ones - from 2 years! And there are many additional courses, e.g. for women, and offers for the surrounding schools (violence prevention). Overall, a great school!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I myself go to wing fight and fighter fitness. However, I've also seen MMA and Wing Weapon and can highly recommend them all. In Wing Fight in particular, you learn simple but effective self-defense and (if you wish) you also get the opportunity to test this (and yourself;)) in sparring. Fantastische Erfahrung: At the beginning of the year I was looking for a new challenge and wrote to various gyms in Leipzig. Aron answered immediately and asked me to do a free trial session. During the training I quickly realized that this was not going to be a flash in the pan. All trainers work professionally. There is a great atmosphere between trainers and members as well as between the members. Even during the Corona period, people thought about it and offered online courses, which cannot be taken for granted. In addition to the many training units, special courses (e.g. self-assertion courses for women, etc.) are also offered. All around a great place to train and get to know one or the other great people. At this point, a big compliment to all trainers for their commitment!

Fantastische Erfahrung: When I accidentally stumbled into the martial arts school in Leipzig four years ago (then still in Stiftstrasse), after two university sports courses in judo and aikido I was looking for a self-defense system that worked for me in everyday situations. During the free trial training, I noticed the relaxed and open-minded training atmosphere. Technological questions were discussed openly from a mechanical and physiological point of view. If necessary, these were also adapted for different body types. Another plus point is the free choice of courses, so that you can try out all the martial arts on offer. With the move from Stiftstrasse to Gabelsberger Strasse, Aron not only more than doubled the mat area, but also created a well-equipped gym with its own MMA cage and boxing ring that can be reached by bike in 10 minutes from the city center. In addition to the fixed courses in WingFight, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Grappling / BJJ, Wing Weapon and various fitness courses, Aron also regularly invites respected guest trainers to give seminars on selected topics. As mentioned at the beginning, I can now look back on four years of joint training. The Martial Arts School in Leipzig has become a second home for me and at the end I would like to give all coaches a big compliment.

The way they explain it to the children is great and the kids receive praise from the trainers if something works out so well that they do not lose their desire and motivation. In the belt tests the little ones can then show what they have learned and with each new belt, the self-confidence grows. But during the training hours you are so absorbed that you do not notice how time goes by. The training is very roadworthy oriented and it strengthens the self-confidence, when you notice how to get better and better. The groups are mixed, so that as a woman you can train with other women or with men. Even self-defense and defense exercises are good if you have the chance to try them on men of different stature or training level. I also like the fact that every month there is a new motto according to which the training sessions are geared up; For example: kicking, hitting or explosiveness. There is probably something for everyone interested in martial arts. There are self-defense classes, kickboxing, MMA, children's classes, yoga and fighter fitness. The program is adapted again and again and there are also great additional offers, such as intensive weekends or the 'day at the lake'. I can only recommend it!
