Fantastische Erfahrung: The UHC CrossFit classes with Coach Abdullah are such a blessing to the Urbanhealthclub and to the Stuttgart area in general. They include Skill, Strength, Kettlebell, Gymnastics and General classes, all of which I have personally attended and greatly enjoyed. Abdullah has a talent for challenging each and everyone to go out of their comfort zone, transmitting his huge knowledge on CrossFit and motivating you to work out regularly. With his help I have learned and improved so much. He is a wonderful mentor and friend. :-) But go and see for yourself…

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very diverse, with great WODs. Exercises are well explained, whereby the coach has a great talent for motivating and, especially when lifting weights, pays attention to correct execution. I can only recommend it.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great workout from the best crossfit coach in the area! No workout is the same and you get to know your limits and go beyond them. Nevertheless, you will always be accompanied individually with each exercise and you will learn new movements over time, such as a handstand, pistol squads or muscle ups. Definitely try it out!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Really nice Box-Setup inside the uhc gym. Very well equipped and clean. Very competent and motivated coach. Classes are well scaled for every fitness level. The Setup is also perfect for Open Gym or Accessories. You can also use their Spa/Sauna. Can 100% recommend.
