The whole team is super competent, shows how it's done right (and above all, how it's often done wrong), you can tell the passion of the entire team. The fact that there are courses for beginners, without which you are not even allowed to go to the other courses, underlines the professional approach and avoids injuries and "slowing down" the rest of the team by constantly correcting the basics.
