Fantastische Erfahrung: Attended a Zoom meeting last week. First of all, MEGA that you offer this and that many Crossfit boxes stick together. The workout was great, the trainer was very nice, professional and pays attention to every little thing and gives tips and is extremely motivated. Thanks for that!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: When I first moved to Germany almost two years ago, my plan was to try different boxes and pick one that I liked the best. CFCWI was the first one I tried since itnwas the closest to where I lived and I instantly got the feeling that this is where I belong and that I didn't need to try any other box. This was home. Even though I didn't really speak any German back then, the coaches where very supportive and put in their best effort to make sure I understood, trained well and felt included. CFCWI in my opinion is the best place to train, get fit and to meet a warm, hospitable and friendly people that are like family to you.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I "stumbled" into the box 2 months ago without any Crossfit experience and was received really well! If you fancy workouts in smaller groups with a great atmosphere, this is the right place for you. I think it's particularly good that the quality of the reps is clearly above the quantity and the coaches pay close attention to correct execution.

Fantastische Erfahrung: My roommate gave me the opportunity to get to know the box and gain my first Crossfit experience. Mega strong that this is made possible despite the pandemic. The hygiene measures are strictly adhered to, so there is no need to worry. The team is super friendly, well organized and the box is very centrally located. I had a lot of fun!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Crossfi Central Wiesbaden is the best thing that has happened to me in the last 3 years of my life in terms of personal fitness. Starting with dedicated coaches and friendly mates and great workouts, you are constantly motivated to work on improving yourself and your personal fitness level With personal interest of each member, the coaches are there, be it healthy or motivating, they are always on page. The box is super equipped with fitness equipment and a small Openbox in which you can also train for yourself alone wonderfully. A small box with a big heart and much ambition to pass on Crossfit. Come over U d convince yourself.

Fantastische Erfahrung: A small but fine box, which is very easy to reach because of its location even without a car. The selection of well-maintained equipment allows varied workouts. New members and drop-ins are warmly welcomed and you get into conversation quickly. The exercises are explained in detail at the beginning of the workout. In the workout itself, the coaches are very careful that all participants do the exercises correctly. One notices immediately that this is not about increasing the weights as fast as possible. Rather, it is about the fact that a clean technique is applied. This achieves a sustainable training success in which injuries are avoided. When training in the box you notice from the beginning that it is about the community. So beginners are just as fired up during the workout as the advanced participants. In the workout there is a positive atmosphere and there is a lot of laughter. Here you can spread a few "high fives" after a stressful day!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Top Box in the center of Wiesbaden! Instead of sauna, mirrors and egos, it is important to have good training with professional coaches! Great community with a family atmosphere!

Introduction, guidance and support were very good. A friend of mine was there as a newcomer and was immediately enthusiastic. You will definitely see him more often. I made a bunch of great friends and had some awesome workouts. Thank you for being so welcoming to me. I was nervous being in a country I didn't know anyone. Fantastische Erfahrung: I came across CrossFit through a work colleague who trains in the CFCWI. It's awesome. The whole team is super nice, responds to you and pulls the WOD's class! And: It is designed for every athlete of different fitness levels! The inner bastard is overcome here every day! Been here for almost a year and don't want to miss it !! I can only recommend it for a drop-in course!
