Defective training equipment and nobody who tells you that the exercises are being carried out incorrectly, which in the long term could have led to problems if I hadn't always lost my motivation beforehand. I experience it completely differently in the Zimmermann dumbbell studio. Right from the first consultation, I noticed that this was a direct hit. Right from the start by you, familiar and, above all, honest. No fancy club, but a wonderful "old-school atmosphere" like in Rocky's time. Hard training, very good motivation from the trainer and long-time exercisers. I feel very well taken care of here. It's like family. If I get an exercise wrong, I am immediately corrected and given useful advice on what to improve. I sorely missed that in all the other studios. Conclusion: If you are looking for an honest studio with an old-school character, where training is actually in the foreground, you are absolutely right here. The owner knows what he is talking about through his many years of experience, the devices are top, the Peris performance ratio could hardly be better. My only mistake was knocking my money out of the window for other studios and not going there earlier. Therefore: Put a few pounds on the 5-star rating!

For me the best preparer and athlete (a lot of athletes can learn a slice of hardness and muscle quality). In my opinion he should have become world champion in 4 subjects.
