Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been training at Vita Sports in Kruft for several years now and can really recommend the studio to everyone :) Changing rooms and equipment are always clean, you have a large selection of equipment, the courses are without exception a lot of fun and all the employees are really nice and always help immediately if, for example, you can't set a device or need a little tip for its execution. In addition, the training atmosphere here is really super pleasant and familiar in my opinion. I've never felt uncomfortable being watched and everyone here is friendly to everyone. A personal recommendation from me is definitely the Box Bootcamp on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. with Andreas Delies. You can really work out there and Andreas really motivates you to go to your own limits in the most extreme way. In addition, you get to know the different techniques with a lot of fun, even as an absolute martial arts beginner like me. In summary, the 5 stars are more than deserved ☺️
