Fantastische Erfahrung: After my rehab I was recommended T-Rena, which I gladly accepted. Only afterwards did I find out about only two possibilities in my area. Coming from Sinzig, the next gyms were Bad Hönningen and Plaidt. I chose Plaidt and I like being there despite the long journey. A pleasant atmosphere, competent staff and the freedom to decide how to organize my training make me feel good. I also like the rehabilitation course. Stephanie Schneider has a lot of empathy and knows how to motivate her course participants with her positive charisma.

Fantastische Erfahrung: After my spinal disc surgery, I was prescribed rehab sports and came to Vizedo for the first time in the old premises and was immediately enthusiastic as the youngest participant. I'm back after a long break and I'm happy about every single hour I can do in the new premises
