Fantastische Erfahrung: Hi first. I would like to write a more detailed review of the Fitness Concept Hainburg, because the experiences that I was allowed to make there require publication. Briefly about the background, I have been doing weight training for five years and have been able to experience four different studios in the Seligenstadt area including the fitness concept. (Pur Fitness, Vita Nova and Armins Gym). I can recommend the Fitness Concept for anyone who can explain exercises and training in terms of anatomy and physiology from absolutely competent trainers who observe the trainers (without being pushy) and who generally create a "training-positive" atmosphere and with whom Passion for sport is recognizable at any time, wants to be trained. The Concept also left nothing to be desired in terms of the equipment, the usual devices are available in sufficient numbers and in very good condition, furthermore they are modern, there is a free weight area, but also a Calistenics / Crossfit corner with punching bag (!) can be found in the Fitness Concept. With regard to bureaucracy, I was absolutely thrilled at how uncomplicated and professional the employees were. Things like direct signed confirmation of termination or return of the deposit for the card etc went off without any problems (you could take it for granted, but in the past I have had to find out that such things are anything but taken for granted at fitness studios, which is why I do so was impressed by the behavior of the Fitness Concept employees). There is a wide range of courses for those interested. I can really recommend the Fitness Concept to everyone, in my opinion the optimal studio in terms of the price / performance ratio, the equipment, the "degree of overcrowding", but mostly thanks to the trainers who are actually interested in the fitness of the customers and not for their money, as well as have an unmistakable passion for sport.
