CrossFit^® Musketeers Halle(Saale)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very well equipped box, nice people and coaches. I was accepted straight away and was then allowed to contest 22.1 with everyone else. Everyone cheered, great team!!! I'm happy to come back to sweat :-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Before visiting this box for the first time, I had no idea what CrossFit meant. But already after the first workout I realized that I had found a new passion here. Not only do you sweat here, but you also make friends, laugh and test your limits. CrossFit Musketeers can be highly recommended!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The box to feel good. Sport and community are very important to the Musketeers. The Crossfit courses include exercises every day that help you in everyday life and keep you fit for life. It's not like in other boxes where only performance is trained. You can work on yourself, do sports with lots of nice people and experience your body in a new way. The whole thing in a wonderful atmosphere.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I think it's awesome!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Absolutely recommended. Great equipment (echo bike, rowing machines and even ski Ergomether), clean box with showers. The trainer is absolutely top: he always gets on well with his training participants, explains patiently twice and helps a great part of the technique. The workouts are all well-structured and well thought-out so that not only cardio friends get their money's worth but also weightlifters and mobility fans are in demand. During the week there are both early (from 7:30) and in the evening the opportunity to take courses - on the weekend there is an intense intro and who still feels like a "Competition Team Workout", it has something in itself. What makes the box special is the family and friendly atmosphere, which is not only (but especially) lived and promoted by the coach. Even as the last slowest potato, I have been cheered and appreciated by all. Here you really train with friends. Team spirit and sportsmanship are promoted here without having the typical "macho bodybuilder" mentality. So if you do not want to train yourself in an anonymous environment, but are looking for a community in which you can feel and develop well, then Crossfit Musketeers is the place for you.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Really the only sport I like to do and where I feel sad when I can't make it one day. When you get into the box, you can be sure that you start your workout with a warm up of the abdominal muscles by laughing together and then master the WOD together. The nice thing is, no matter how fit or less fit you are, the coaches are there for you and there are always alternative exercises that can make everyone a successful crossfitter. A place where you like to spend your free time and where strangers become friends ♥ ️

Fantastisches Erlebnis: For about 1 year and go every week gladly again. The community Coach Christian built is really a great incentive to come back to the pits again and again. Very helpful and supportive atmosphere. The Main Coach gives me, despite the beginner level, a very big sense of security. If I am not ready for this exercise or the weight, it sets boundaries or gives me courage to trust new. Trust him absolutely, here you grow beyond yourself! Best sport and community in Halle!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super team is a lot of fun to train here. You also notice that the trainer has a lot of clue and does a professional training with you.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Qualified trainers, high quality equipment and a great community. Coach Christian and his colleagues can use their specialist knowledge and experience to adapt each exercise individually to your abilities. The box is clean, tidy and equipped with Rogue, Concept2 and Co. The community within the group is especially great. All in all, I can only recommend the Crossfit Musketeers!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I was completely convinced by just a trial training. Since in each WOD in the first part is about total mention and very precise technique training, one is also prepared for this. The coach answers any questions that arise at any time during the training and always improves his individual attitude and practice. It is also a very sociable and sympathetic coach. Add to that the unique community that supports itself in every training and you never have the feeling that you are out of place.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very well planned, personal, individually adapted and intensive training. The coach is very competent and takes the necessary time for everyone! Just a great workout! I go to the Musketeers since mid-April and the first successes are clearly visible! Keep it up!
