Die CrossFit Box in Bad Vilbel. Auf 850 qm Mit modernster Ausrüstung und großzügigen Kabinen. Betreibe CrossFit ganz in deiner Nähe.

Auf 800m² vereinen wir Trainingsfläche, eine Open Gym und Lifting Area, sowie großräumige Umkleiden und Duschen. Neben modernster Trainingsausstattung von Suprfit als Hauptausstatter, Rogue echo bikes und Concept2 Geräten, haben wir beide Umkleidebereiche mit einer Infrarotkabine für deine optimalen Regeneration ausgestattet.

Unsere CrossFit Kurse werden von professionellen und erfahrenen Coaches angeleitet. Egal ob Anfänger*in, Fortgeschrittene*r oder Profi: CF Maki bietet ein Coaching, das deinem Können und Anspruch gerecht wird.

CrossFit Maki ist jedoch mehr als nur Fitness: CrossFit Maki ist ein Ort zum Verweilen und steht für den Austausch mit Gleichgesinnten und Freunden. Deshalb haben wir Platz geschaffen für eine Community Area mit Getränkebar für Shakes, Snacks und Kaffee, sowie eine Spielecke für Kinder eingerichtet. Außerdem befinden sich ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor der Halle.

Regelmäßige Community-Events verbinden alle Mitglieder und stehen für das WIR-Gefühl bei CrossFit Maki. Werde auch du Teil der #makigang – Wir freuen uns auf das Training mit dir.

Du hast noch nie CF gemacht und würdest es gerne einmal ausprobieren? Kein Problem, schreibe uns einfach eine Email und Du bist Teil des ersten Foundation-Kurses. Dieser kostet 135€ und besteht aus 4 Stunden über 2 Wochen verteilt. In diesen 2 Wochen bekommst du alle Grundlagen beigebracht und testest auch erste CF workouts.

With two big rigs and a separate olympic lifting area with platforms we are able to offer class coaching, Open Gym time and Olympic lifting simultaneously. We have Concept2 rowing machines, Rogue Echo bikes and Ski Ergs as well as a big variety of olympic lifting bars, bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbbells and everything else needed for functional training.

Our CF classes are held by professional and experienced coaches. No matter if you’re a beginner, an advanced or professional athlete, you’ll receive the coaching that matches your level.

We have free parking, spacious changing rooms with two showers and an infrarot cabin each to allow for optimal recovery. Drinks, shakes and snacks can be purchased in our lounge/community area and we also have a kids corner to keep all children entertained who aren’t old enough yet to take part in our CrossFit classes.

CF Maki is not only here to improve everyone’s health and fitness; we also value our community and run regular community events to improve the team spirit.
