Fantastische Erfahrung: Modern and versatile EMS Studio with very friendly, competent and innovative operators. Had already trained in other EMS studios, there it was rather static and little adapted to my own needs. It's different here. EMS training on the trampoline, stepper, rowing machine, waveboard,... All very dynamic and varied if desired. Brilliant. Individual ailments are also addressed and appropriate training is coordinated. I've been training there several times a week since it opened and I'm sure I'll continue to do so for a long time to come. Fantastische Erfahrung: I came to Power Vita through a recommendation. I've had neck pain for years. I didn't really enjoy conventional training. At first I was skeptical whether 20 minutes of training would really be enough. Definitely yes. The pain is gone within a few units and you quickly get a different body feeling. Through personal training, the exercises are carried out correctly and you are very well motivated. Amy and Philipp respond individually to the customers and design the training accordingly. I always look forward to training and can highly recommend Power Vita.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been with Amy and Philipp since summer 2021 and can only report the best. The atmosphere in the gym is very friendly, relaxed and comfortable. I do the training during the lunch break, as it is only 20 minutes. Since both trainers are also nutritionists, I have already changed a few things in my eating habits. In 30 minutes of training, which is also fun, I can feel that something is happening. After 10 training sessions, my back pain is relieved and I feel much fitter.
