Fantastische Erfahrung: I was there recently for a trial session on my vacation and I have to say that it's a different feeling to train but a great experience, it's hard when you do it for the first time but you buck mega and you feel sore muscles quite early after the workout. I was lucky enough to train directly with boss Thomas Bach and I have to say that he is a good motivator and pushed me to my limits. I'll probably try it out more often at home.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I visited the studio yesterday and thought it was great! :) Towels, drinks and sports things you get everything provided, means no more annoying carrying along; =) The trainer has completely responded to you and has taken the time to explain everything in detail. The training itself is also individually adapted to the person, especially with regard to the intensity (wishes are also taken into account, for example, what should be specially trained). There is also a separate shower. I'm not a fan of shared showers, so I thought it was really great! In the end, I can only recommend the studio :)
