Fantastische Erfahrung: I am really enthusiastic and can only recommend anyone who lives in the area to decide on this if they are looking for a studio. I would like to explain briefly why. 1. For me, the interpersonal is the top priority. I want to feel comfortable and in good hands. 2. My autism is not triggered here the discs are in their place, there is nothing I hate more than spending hours looking for the right discs between sentences. Please keep it! 3. I am quite an experienced athlete myself, but even I was able to pick up one or the other trick here. You never stop learning. 4. Attention to detail. How everything is color-coordinated and the different areas are coherent is a poem for my eyes, because someone really thought something. 5. Last but not least. the cleanliness is not what it should be in every studio, especially in times of coronavirus some of the other studios should learn a lot here 5 out of 5 someone has this to say who probably knows his trade.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Well equipped studio with decent ambience. Very friendly staff and open 24 hours. Good range of courses and apart from the classic or plate-loaded machines, there is also a well-maintained and equipped functional fitness area.

Negative Erfahrung: Achtung Abzocke mit Gewinnspiel!! Versprochen wird beim Gewinnspiel eine Gratismitgliedschaft von 3 Monaten. Beim 1. Beratungsgespräch wird man so lange "Beraten", bis man einen Vertrag unterschreibt. Beabsichtigt war die kostenlose Probezeit mit 3 Monaten wie im Gewinnspiel versprochen und dann bei Gefallen eine folgende kostenpflichtige Mitgliedschaft. Der Vertrag kam dann auch umgehend per Mail. Allerdings ist das gleich ein Vertrag über 24 Monate gültig ab sofort ohne Gratismonate. Ein Widerspruch zum Vertrag 2 Tage nach Vertragsabschluss wird nicht akzeptiert, da man ja Vorort "Beraten" wurde. Die Gesamtsumme des Vertrages beläuft sich auf über 850,00 € für die 2 Jahre

Fantastische Erfahrung: I recently signed up for the MCShape in Althengstett. The studio is really clean with a nice atmosphere. My thanks especially to Pascal Bartzsch, who really took the time for me and created a great training plan for me. In between, he also takes his time and supports you in training. Thank you very much Pascal - getting started with training is twice as much fun!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very cool gym, with a pleasant atmosphere. The trainers are all competent, always friendly and in a good mood. In terms of equipment, everything you need is always given an individual training plan if you need one. The course selection offers something for everyone and is also really fun. Practical is also the 24 hour entrance, for those who want to train outside the "normal" times. Super studio, that I can really recommend, for newcomers, but also all the long-established;)

Fantastische Erfahrung: I am completely satisfied with the McShape in Althengstett. Great devices, all very modern and in good condition. Particularly noteworthy is the "Hardcore" area, which the studio has recently added with the Hammer Strength machines, where training is twice as fun! Even at peak times, the studio is not uncomfortably crowded, there are many devices and dumbbells. (an additional flat bench for the bench press would still be desirable) Overall, a pleasant atmosphere with nice people. Training area, showers and changing rooms all in very clean condition. Staff always polite and funny; also competent with questions about the execution of the exercise. Always happy to come here to grow my biceps to unimaginable proportions!
