Fantastische Erfahrung: Great sport for people who are busy at work. I love it !!! Really a cool thing the EMS! The studio is great .. the trainers are very nice and also important for the world of women .. the showers are clean and well maintained The training is really fun every time, especially when you wiggle out of there completely exhausted .. many thanks again to the trainer Janik Full .. great job so far . Also of course to the other trainers .. you are doing a great job. Keep it up

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training in the EMS Lounge for 1 month now and I am absolutely thrilled. My back improved within a month thanks to the targeted training. My muscle building is also getting better and better. What I like most, the top trained trainers recognize the physical problems immediately and the training is individually adapted. It's a lot of fun and you are really challenged in 20 minutes, especially by your OWN personal trainer. I can only recommend it to everyone! Great work is being done there! Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training in the EMS lounge in the port for 2 years and I am more than amazed how much you can achieve with 1 - 2 training sessions a week. The trainers always motivate you to get the best out of you and at the end of each training you are knocked out. Successes come after a short time and especially for building muscle and against back pain, it is recommended :) The trainers respond to requests and are very personable.

Positive Erfahrung: I have been training in the EMS studio in the port for about 2 years and I am more than satisfied. There was a noticeable build-up of muscle and weight loss. My scope could be visibly reduced and consolidated. I can finally wear my absolute favorite pants again. My entire posture has improved.
