Fantastische Erfahrung: I attended a Kundalini Yoga class. The lessons take place in a practice room in a cozy atmosphere. Mats, blankets and cushions are all on site and it is even free tea served. The teacher is with a lot of joy, energy and love in the matter. I'm a beginner and can not do any special figures or postures but that was not a problem at all. It was great and a lot of fun.
