Fantastische Erfahrung: Now I've been in gyms for 30 years (so fulfilled the 50+ condition) and I would like to say the following: The concept, the studio itself, the devices, everything here in this environment has one high feel-good factor, as I have never experienced it in any other studio. This is certainly due to one person, namely "our Gaby". She does not run this studio, she is and lives it. It motivates by its kind, so that the training here becomes a pleasure in leisure time. The success of strength training is already noticeable and visible after 4 weeks. And physically and mentally. That's exactly the difference to other studios. In addition to my physical training, I experience a great deal of relaxation to be able to enjoy my after-work hours much better after a stressful day. It starts at the door, there are more than enough parking spaces. Conclusion: Dumbbells and devices have all, maybe it is also "cheaper" ... But: I feel good here :) Thanks Gaby. One more thing: my back problems, which have caused me a lot of pain, have disappeared

The human and his wishes (What do you want to achieve through strength / muscle training) are here in the foreground. You are really welcome here, you are not a number, you are respected as a person / individual. She is happy to share the knowledge that Frau Berninger has acquired for years. All steps are explained very well from the beginning, your goals are recorded and taken to the heart. You will not be sent directly to the equipment here during the trial, but it will first find a short history. The trial training does not take 20 minutes, but proud 1-1.5 hours, which I find very positive. Mrs. Berningen gives you the full attention and gives you back the power and confidence in yourself. You are seen here as a person and not as a product for sales. The training here can be compared with the training with a personal trainer. The wrong execution of exercises will be corrected in time. Here a great value is placed to understand what own body needs. The concept of Ms. Berninger is unique and the results can be seen after 4 weeks. Personally, I have to say a big thank you to Ms Berninger for giving me the feeling that I can do everything in my life. You can see straight away that THE woman is burning for your cause and she has a great interest in helping you. My great respect and deep admiration! P.S. There are also very delicious coffee and lovingly made shakes for spooning. I love it !!!

We've been to buy shoes in pairs for two. Both total run beginners and were top advice. Shoe measurement, selection of different types of shoes after "run test" and sighting of the running. For us as beginners a good mix of information what matters and not "too much" ballast of unnecessary knowledge. The shop has everything you need to run. Shoes, clothing, heart rate monitor, etc. An analysis tape is also part of the equipment. The staff was really very friendly, competent and in sufficient number there for us.
