The new sauna makes my evening perfect every time makes me totally relax. And the most beautiful New Year, a Klimaanlange was built in the course room. Fantastische Erfahrung: A team of professionals! The personal trainers are very nice, helpful and provide useful advice for personalized Trainings (according to your own goals) The Body measurements come on top and help adjust the training. Personally, I've seen results after the first 3months! It's more than a fitness studio, they also have remedies for backpain (eg: Soma Flex or massage bed), Vacu for tired legs. I would definitely recommend it :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: I am very, very happy to go! The studio is very well equipped (several classrooms, many appliances, sauna) and has a great offer of courses. You can always find a course, whether it's really hard or more to stretch, and the trainers are all very nice and super helpful! And generally, the mood is just friendly and open. I do not really use my Urban Sport Club membership, because I always go here!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Although I am a man, but still give for the WOMENS SPort from a rating, because I got the opportunity by the operator Christa, the use of Vacufit after my serious sports injury while the studio is still closed. I have to say that some of these reviews here really scare me and I do not think so. With each mobile phone provider, if you do not cancel early, the contract will be extended by a year, why is not rumgemault there? Terrifying what some take out there. Fantastische Erfahrung: For almost 10 years I have been feeling really well in Women Sports. Chef Christa and her crew are very competent, helpful and friendly, the equipment and courses at its best. In short, everything fits! The device area, which allows me to keep my two weak points lower back and neck in top shape, I have chosen my personal wellness oasis. The crowning glory of each training session, however, is the ride on my imaginary Harley (Type N1): Kickstart, with half-closed eyes on the throttle turn, the Silberburgstrasse down heat, then direction City .... under the admiring glances of the other road users. After that, my day is saved!

In my opinion, womensports offers everything you need. The individual training areas are completely sufficient, everything was offered in courses that you can imagine. The courses are well attended, which in my opinion only speaks for the studio and the competence of the girls. Kudos to the girls, everyone is always helpful, friendly and also very competent, they always try to take care of you and everyone has an open ear for questions. A big praise and a big thank you to the boss, Christa helped me a lot with my back problems, work is possible again without pain, great. The woman really knows what she is doing! Fantastische Erfahrung: I trained here for over 3 years and was always very satisfied. Training equipment is clean and functional, the premises are also clean, well-kept and bright. There is something for everyone in the courses. New training plans are created on a regular basis (approx. Every 3 months) and you are instructed well by the girls every time. There is also the possibility to do a regular body analysis and a cardioscan, both of which are already included in the monthly fee. The girls are all super nice, there is a pleasant atmosphere, so that you are always happy to come. Bad reviews, because you forget to cancel your contract yourself, I absolutely cannot understand!

I love coming here for training and wellness. Although the changing rooms or sports areas are sometimes full - everyone can get along with everyone here! Every wish is fulfilled here, all the girls are really great !!! Fantastische Erfahrung: Vacumed and Vacufit are highly recommended. I had a strong lymphoedema in the arm months of manual lymphatic drainage brought no progress. Only the additional lymph drainage in the arm tube brought improvement. Already after 2 weeks the arm became thinner. Absolutely unbeatable. But PAIN is also relieved and wounds heal faster. A marvel of technology and on top of that still friendly, competent staff.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been a member of Women Sports for 6 years. The occasion was a rehab wg. Herniated discs and I wanted to get the improvements. For WS I decided, because after a trial I was convinced of the competence of the trainers in the introduction to the equipment and in the group offer and the cleanliness of the rooms. Over the years, I have come to appreciate the personal attention and friendliness of the trainers. After a broken arm in December I was not allowed to train for several weeks. As soon as I re-entered, Christa noticed that my left arm had only a very limited function and offered me individual treatments. After only 3 days my arm had improved, as after 18 units of physiotherapy not. Also, she noticed that something was wrong with my tendon, which was confirmed by MRI. Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been a member of women Sports for over 3 years now and have always felt completely at ease. The selection of equipment, courses and extra activities such as vacufit, Ems and somaflex is growing all the time and at a very low price. You are super cared for and properly challenged and encouraged if you want to. I never had that in other studios, where I often felt worse after training than before. I have had extreme problems with a large scar for years and have already had many physiotherapies etc. behind me and the only ones that have been able to help me so far have been Christa (the boss, whom I have only ever known as a super warm and committed woman) and Sina Both of them always took a lot of time to make me "straight" again with "Soma". They both know exactly what they are talking about and how to get them to their destinations, thanks for that! You are never left alone on the equipment and the girls always come by to check that everything is in order. Now after a pregnancy in which my membership was partially dormant, a body and heart analysis was done again before starting the training again. There are also courses with babies, which is of course great for young mothers. I am very happy with this responsible studio and I am always happy to come and train! I can recommend it to everybody!

Which devices make sense to me? - professional trainers - diverse range of courses - cleanliness! - Treating my back problems - Price-performance ratio - and I wanted to lose weight - like so many like-minded people After looking at 3 studios, Woman Sports convinced me. I now use EMS training, Vacu and Vibrafit once a week and I'm super happy with it. I was able to build my back so that I am pain-free, have more strength and my body looks more defined and therefore more beautiful. I just feel comfortable in my skin and that is the goal of every woman. I would like to thank the boss of the studio. She always encouraged me to keep going and to overcome the inner bastard. Through their professional advice and the introduction to the Vibrafit world, I got to know and love new training methods. And now for the price-performance ratio: At first, I thought that with all the devices that I also use, I have to I certainly invest a lot. And here I was surprised again ... My tip: go there, get advice from the boss (who is almost always there, by the way!) And then decide with her support which training makes sense for you. It was the right decision for me because I feel most comfortable among women who have the same needs.
